Life Savers - Just an example of a candy you can use to share the gospel. #LifeSavers

This candy can be a remind that Jesus saved us. 1 Corinthians 5:13. He is our life saver. Also reminds me of a buoy, which then reminds me that Jesus can walk on water.

Life Savers Candy has a rumor going around that the candy maker added a hole after a child died chocking on a piece of candy. But there is no claim or truth that. Some will say that hole is for breathing, in case it gets lodged in your throat. Still I could not find any claims on that either.

So maybe you can give people some Life Savers and share how Jesus saved you and how He can save them too!

Reflecting on Lent: A Season of Renewal — During this time of introspection and penitence, believers often embrace acts of charity and self-denial, seeking to emulate Christ’s sacrifice and teachings. It is a season marked by prayer, fasting, and almsgiving, as the faithful contemplate the profound mysteries of sin, redemption, and divine love. The austerity of Lent serves not as an end, but a means to renew one’s faith, culminating in the joyous resurrection of Easter Sunday, when the promise of eternal life is celebrated with exultant hearts and uplifted spirits.

Trinity Sunday is a significant day in the Christian liturgical calendar, celebrated as a reminder of the profound mystery of the Holy Trinity – the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. It is observed on the first Sunday after Pentecost, marking it as a time of reflection on the nature of God and the Christian faith.
